New owners, old staff/new staff. Went there on a Friday evening (6pm ish). Immediately sat by the friendly host staff. Received waters with in 8 min. Fast service and pretty fast food! Around 7 they got a lot more tables filled all at once and our service never lulled. Everyone was helping everyone it seemed. Special was prime rib. 10/10 on those. Three of us got it and all of them were cooked properly and were delicious. We also got bbq wings (10/10, not too small) and jalapeno poppers (8/10) (both just ever so slightly spicy). One of us got a burger well done, was cooked properly also. Fries weren't over seasoned and were hot! All of the desserts, because yes we got them all!, were awesome! Our overall rating between the five of us was the chocolate cake though, was the best! Horchata bites were very cinnamony if you like a little spicyness in the best way get those! Prices were as expected since it's up by reservoir/ In mountains. Overall super excellent and highly recommend. Our server was a brunette like 5' 7'' with cute Indian made earrings and glass blown necklace. (I'm so sorry we don't remember your name). SHARON is also the best person/bartender/staff there! So ask for her!

We frequent this place and love it so much! They have wonderful staff and great owners. We just recently had the elk sandwich with the red picked onions made by chef Jaiton and it was delicious. I love pickled onions! He also made gnocchi that was a special, not on the menu, and that was to die for. I wish they had that all the time. The wings and homemade chips are a favorite too. We are so looking forward to outdoor amplified live music again soon. Yay!!!

Food was great and the service exceptional. It was busy when we put in our pickup order tonight, but staff was attentive and made everything exactly as ordered. When I came in to pick it up, the live music added a great vibe, and despite being busy the bartender took care of all my needs. They went above and beyond, we will be back!

It's a great bar/restaurant here by the Horsetooth. Food was good. Service is great. The cherry on the top is there are two stages, one inside and one outside. They have all kinds of music scheduled for many many weeks. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Came here after I've been told by several uber passengers that live in horsetooth how great it is. Was not disappointed! Service was great and dude was super funny and friendly. I accidentally spilled my drink immediately onto my wife and dude offers me a sippy cup (a to go cup). They seemed super friendly with all the customers and just an all around great crew of people. Not to mention the amazing food and quick service. Super cheap to compared to anywhere in town. Will definitely return!

Haven’t been up to the tavern in a while. It has been renovated and has an elevated look but the old locals only feel. Great music and food was great. We especially enjoyed the chili cheese fries and cold beer after our hike at horsetooth falls. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and beautiful views.

Great place to spend the evening. Great food, super friendly staff , nice low key atmosphere & they even had music on a Wednesday night. Nice spot tucked in between Loveland & Ft. Collins, if you're in the area, definitely make a stop, ya won't be disappointed!
